Select the Save Current Project As task under the PROJECT TASKS task bar in the Project Manager to save the active project to disk. All of the files that have been added to the project are associated with the active project.

You will be prompted to save each associated file in the project that has been modified. If the particular associated file has not been saved before and you choose not to save the file, it will not be associated with the project until it is saved.
