Select the Add Local File To Project task under the FILE TASKS task bar in the Project Manager to add a file residing on the local hard-disk to the current project.

The Add Local File dialog box will appear and prompt you for the name and location of the file on the local hard-disk of the file to be added. If the file to be added is either corrupted or not a supported SLICCWARE file, you will be notified. Supported SLICCWARE files include DirList configuration files, LoadUpate configuration files, ScanDoc configuration files, SocketSearch configuration files, load definition files, logic templates and translate tables.

Click the Open button after the file has been selected and the editor for the particular file chosen will open and load the file.
